These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the agreement between you, “the Client,” and Kali Boat Lofoten. By booking an excursion with Kali Boat Lofoten, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

Data protection
  • When you book, you provide personal data and expressly consent to its use for managing your reservation.

  • You authorize Kali Boat Lofoten to share your information with our service providers and agents as needed.

  • You also consent to receive marketing communications about our products and services.

  • If you submit data on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their prior consent.

  • You must complete the booking form with accurate, up-to-date details.

  • Once we receive your form and full payment, we’ll confirm your booking within 24 hours and send you an e-ticket.

  • Special promotions may have additional terms—please check the specific conditions on each offer page.

  • You’re responsible for following all safety instructions. Kali Boat Lofoten is not liable for losses or damages resulting from your failure to comply.

  • Ensure you and your party have all required travel documents (passports, visas, insurance, etc.).

 
  • We strive to run every excursion as advertised, but reserve the right to modify or cancel any trip due to force majeure (extreme weather, governmental actions, conflicts, etc.) or factors beyond our control.

  • If we must change or cancel, we’ll propose reasonable alternatives. If none are acceptable, no deposit refund will be issued.

  • Full payment is due before your excursion begins, via credit card.

  • All prices displayed online are final (inclusive of taxes and bank fees).

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust rates if costs (fuel, taxes, currency fluctuations) change.

To cancel, write to info@kaliboatlofoten.com. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

  • No partial refund for no-shows or late arrivals.

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and our approval.

  • We require at least 4 participants (total) to operate a trip. If the minimum isn’t met, we may cancel.

  • We’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we’ll request your bank details and process payment within seven (7) business days of confirmation.

While we do our best to spot wildlife and natural phenomena (e.g., whales), we cannot guarantee sightings, as these depend on external conditions beyond our control.

Assess your fitness level before booking. Inform us in writing of any medical conditions requiring medication or special equipment.

You are responsible for securing adequate travel and health insurance for yourself and anyone in your party.

Notify us of any complaints or claims within seven (7) days of the incident, providing sufficient details and evidence. We will investigate promptly upon receipt.

  • Kali Boat Lofoten is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by force majeure (wars, riots, extreme weather, government actions, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for services provided by third parties (transport, accommodations, guides), though we can assist you in filing claims against them.
